Same 'ol Same 'ol
We are back from vacation and back to life as usual. It has been work, play, and the usual routine. Not much going on, but it is nice to have that problem. After traveling, it is really nice to come back to your usual routine. I am back to tutoring, wardrobe consulting, and making jewelry. Mike is back to trading stocks. We do love being back to normal. Up next: our anniversary! It will be three years next Wednesday. Time flies when you are having a good time. :)

Blue Run
After this video was taken, I proceeded to make it down the mountain verrrrrrrrrrry slowly. I fell multiple times, but Mike was there to walk me through it all. He is a sweetheart!
Tahoe Videos
Here we are on the first night. It was snowing hard when we arrived in Tahoe; the town got 12 inches. You can see my graceful walk. Are you surprised that I broke my foot last year?
Tahoe 2010
We are back from Tahoe. We had a blast! Mike and I went skiing and snowboarding every day that we were there. It is really gorgeous there. We also enjoyed the casinos while we were there. We didn't come away ahead, bt we had a great time.
On top of Heavenly Mountain.
View from our balcony.
I took a ski lesson and skied down some blues. It was my first time to ski anything harder than a grene! When I skied with my instructor, I didn't fall once. I didn't do so well my second day.
Here we are at the bar mid-mountain called Snow Beach.
Here is Mike and some of his work friends that came with us. They were great to travel with.

Tahoe
Mike and I will be headed to Tahoe for a couple days on Friday. We are going with a couple of his friends from work. It should be a good time! I am super excited because I got the OK from my doctor to ski! Wahoo! Mike loves Tahoe because there is snowboarding AND gambling! We will post more pictures when we return.
Happy Birthday, Duke!
My sister came over the other day and took some great pictures of Duke. It was his birthday last Thursday. He turned 9, or 63 in human years. He is looking so distinguished for his age!
I would love to get Duke a little brother (a dog brother, not a human brother!), but Mike is not up for it. Don't you think that Duke would love a brother. You do, don't you! Well, my birthday is in June if anyone wants to send a chocolate baby lab our way.
