Well, we aren't quite living off the land yet, but we do have 5 tomatoes and an eggplant growing! Nothing so far from the squash or the jalapeño plant, but soon we shall have tomatoes. I will pair them with herbs from our garden and pretend that I can survive off the things I grow.
